EP220: Michael Cappa - I Want To See Young Men Win

“There’s nothing more manly than putting in a good day’s work and seeing the fruits of your labor.”

The world tells young men to chase degrees, screens, and easy comfort. But fulfillment doesn’t come from theory—it comes from effort, grit, and creating something real. True confidence is earned when a man learns to build, fix, and contribute with his own hands.

Michael Cappa turned a summer job into a multimillion-dollar trades business and a brotherhood of young men learning self-respect through skill. His story shows how mentorship, craftsmanship, and courage forge purpose—and how working in the trades can transform more than just a bank account.

Michael is the founder of Altona Painting, based in Ontario, Canada. He’s built his company by training young men from scratch, teaching them excellence in both craftsmanship and character.
