EP78: Avi Nakash - How To Raise Teenage Boys Into Masculine Men

“Chances are we’re not going to get the life we want unless we get to work. So what are the fundamentals, what are the basics that I need in order to have the life I want? You start talk about things like commitment and discipline and integrity and honour and dedication.”

Today’s teens have it harder in some ways than previous generations. The world they were born into is more complicated with mixed messages coming from every angle, broken families, and addictive substances and devices at their finger tips. All of this tends to pull a boy away from his natural process of growing into a man and he’s sent into the world, ill-equipped to handle his relationships, his emotions and his responsibilities. His only opportunity to transition into true manhood will come from the lessons learned from many mistakes he didn’t have to make.

Avi Nakash believes boys don’t have to learn the hard way or become a statistic. So he created Gameday Training “to serve mankind at the highest level, by preparing men to be their best in the areas of their life that matter most”.

Avi is a retired Israeli soldier and an entrepreneur. He’s spent several years focussed on personal development and men’s work including being a top leader in Landmark Worldwide.
